A merrowed border is a fully embroidered border. This option is available on standard shaped patches such as squares, triangles, and rectangles.
Adds only ₱5 per patch! If your design requires your patch to have a unique shape, then this is the option for you! The border is cut with heat, which seals your thread and prevents fraying.
Adds only ₱5 per patch! This is a popular option for customers who do not wish to sew their patches on to their chosen item. This is also a quick and easy option to adhere your patches to any surface.
Adds 15% for peel and stick patch backing. This is a perfect temporary solution if you want a quick and easy way to place a patch on a garment or textile for a brief period of time.
This patch option is unlike any other offered by our company because they contain no embroidery. They are made exclusively of PVC and must be sewn onto the desired surface. They are durable and water resistant, and are quickly gaining popularity with our military clients.
Adds 15% for 10-49 pieces, and ₱32 each for 50+ pieces for one piece velco. Adds 25% for 10-49 pieces, and ₱49 each for 50+ pieces for two piece velcro. This is a great option when you want your patch to be seen without any visible threads from sewing. The Velcro piece attached to the garment must be sewn on then the patch itself is simply placed on top of it.
This option is ideal for simple designs, such as a name tag or another type of employee identification. The 50% of the patch that is not embroidered is made of twill in your choice of colors as displayed below.
If you want the majority, but not all, of your patch to have embroidery then this is the ideal option! The portion of the patch not containing embroidery is twill and in the color of your choosing from the table shown below.
A patch that is 100% embroidered has a full, vibrant, and rich appearance! Even white space in your design that you choose to have embroidered instead of as twill makes a huge difference in the overall appearance of your patch! We can send you digital proofs both ways so you can decided what works best for you.
A fine woven patch utilizes thread that is just as durable, but in a thinner gauge to capture the intricate details of your design. The patches shown to the right are an excellent example of the ways in which a fine woven patch can make your unique design stand out.

For patches that are not 100% Embroidery, you will have a twill background. Twill is a sturdy fabric that holds color nicely. Please reference the chart below to see the colors that we have available to you.
